How do I purchase items?

2. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment process using our secure Stripe payment gateway.
3. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes, you can purchase from multiple vendors in a single transaction. Each vendor will handle the shipping of their products individually.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled by the vendors. If you have any issues with an item, please contact the vendor directly through your account. For more details, visit our Refund Policy Page.
How can I track my order?
Shipping and tracking information is provided by the vendor once your order is processed. Contact the vendor directly for updates on your order status.
What should I do if my order is late, damaged, or incorrect?

How do I become a vendor?
To become a vendor:
1. Apply through our Vendor Registration page.
2. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
What fees do you charge vendors?
At Fanime Marketplace, vendors are not charged any fees. Instead, we charge a 6% marketplace fee on each transaction. This fee is applied to the total sale amount (including shipping costs) and is automatically deducted after payment.
Do I need to handle taxes?
No, Fanime Marketplace handles all tax calculations, collection, and remittance on your behalf as the marketplace facilitator.
How are payments processed?
Payments are managed through Stripe Connect and will be deposited directly into your Stripe account after deducting the Marketplace Fee. Payments are processed after orders are made.
Can I set my own shipping rates?
Yes! Vendors are responsible for setting shipping rates and policies for their products. Ensure these are clear in your product listings.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes, digital products are allowed. Ensure files are correctly uploaded and descriptions clearly state what buyers can expect.
What products are prohibited?
Prohibited items include:
- Content infringing copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Illegal goods or services.
- Any items violating Fanime Marketplace policies.
