My products are handmade/custom and processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
Shipping is currently only available within Canada.
Average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days depending on location.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Refund Policy

Because most items are custom-made and personalized, they are final sale and non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was sent.
If there is an issue, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet started.
After that time, cancellations cannot be accepted because items are custom-made.
