Steps for Disputes
1. Buyer contacts the vendor to resolve the issue.
2. If unresolved, the buyer or vendor may submit a dispute case to Fanime.
3. Both parties must provide evidence to support their claims.
4. Fanime will mediate and make a final decision.
Timeframes
Disputes must be filed within 14 days of receiving the product.
Resolution decisions are typically made within 5 business days.
Authority
Fanime’s decision in disputes is final.
