• In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days of your order being placed.
• Made-to-Order Items: For items not in stock, including most of our products, we require at least 5 business days for production before shipping. Custom requests or personalized prints may take longer, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
• Shipping Time: Once your order ships, domestic shipping (within the U.S.) typically takes 3–7 business days, while international shipping may take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
• International Orders: For international customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
• Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, material availability, or shipping carrier issues. We’ll keep you updated if any delays arise.

At ArtoForge, we’re passionate about creating anime-themed art that resonates with fans. Our pieces are 3D-printed and crafted to reflect our artistic vision, but we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s our policy on cancellations, returns, and exchanges:

• Returns: We sell our items “as is,” meaning they are crafted to reflect our artistic vision and may include minor imperfections typical of 3D-printed art. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Custom requests and personalized prints are non-returnable unless there is a significant defect (e.g., the item is broken or significantly different from what was described).
• You must contact us to initiate the return process and provide a reason for the return.
• Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired piece.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a significant defect (e.g., broken during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom requests, personalized prints, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
